It provides you with the contents and services available on the site in accordance with our privacy policy and terms and conditions. Your access to or use of the site constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read these terms and conditions and agreed to abide by them fully, without restriction or condition.

Buying and selling policy

Eligibility

The purchase of products through the Website is restricted exclusively to parties who can legally enter into contracts on the Internet.
In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal data, including your real name and surname, a valid mobile phone number, a valid email address, payment details, a valid billing address and other information required as prescribed. You also represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct, and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Website is only available to persons who meet the Al Yaqout Village store’s conditions regarding eligibility and electronic payment, namely those who hold a valid credit card issued by an acceptable bank, and those who have authorized us to deduct from their credit cards the value of the total price of the products they purchase, including any Taxes or delivery fees, if any.
When you order the purchase of one or more products, you expressly authorize Al Yaqout Village Store to verify the credit card and to transfer, send or obtain your credit card information or credit reporting information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity. To verify the authenticity of your credit card and to obtain initial authorization to use the card and/or authorize individual purchases, as we deem necessary. 2. Order products

The products available on the website are garden supplies, agricultural materials and plant care. Products can be ordered for personal use or as gifts, and you are also permitted to sell or resell any products you purchase or obtain through the Al Yaqout Village store.
Products offered for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason after an order for a product or products, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel your entire order.
The Sapphire Village Store will keep a record of your transactions for a period of at least ten years with the aim of retaining records when they need to be referred to.
After ordering the product and completing the purchase process, you will receive an email or mobile message containing the details of your order.
Once we receive and confirm your order, the order processing takes 2-3 days. It is then shipped to the address you provided to us.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason and may refuse to transmit to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for our withdrawal of any product, including any samples or gifts with purchases, from the Website, whether or not that product is sold, nor will we have any liability for our deletion, testing, proofreading or editing. For any materials or content on the Website, our refusal to process a transaction, or our invalidation or suspension of any transaction after processing has been initiated.
We make every effort to ensure that all details on the Website are accurate, however from time to time we may discover an error in the prices of products. If we discover an error in the price of a product included in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will not be obligated to accept or fulfill an order for a product advertised at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has already been accepted or is on its way to you. If you order a product with an incorrect price, we will send you an email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund the full amount as soon as we are able to do so. If these products are returned while they are on their way to you, we will process the refund to you as soon as we receive the products.
By confirming your purchase at the end of order processing, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

Shipping and delivery policy:

Our first mission is to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience, so we have facilitated the shipping and delivery process because your comfort is our priority.
You can receive your orders through our approved shipping companies or through one of our branches inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Al-Yaqout Village Store delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via Al-Yaqout Village Gardens in the Riyadh and Jeddah branches. And through local shipping companies such as Aramex and Barq to the rest of the cities of the Kingdom. According to our estimate, your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and 10-15 days for shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via Aramex, after your order is prepared and shipping begins.
Delivery charges, if any, will be added to the order price and will be displayed in your local currency separately on the order form during the payment inspection and review process.
For urgent orders, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
If there is no one available to receive your order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and official holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your order and get the amount back to your account, provided that your order has not already been executed.
To cancel your order simply contact Customer Service, and we will do our best to cancel it and refund your money within 14 business days.
In the event of cancellation after the order has been executed and shipped, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Only the product amount will be transferred and shipping costs will be deducted.
In any case, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.

Wallet balance

Wallet balance is a customer’s financial amount that he can use in full for purchases.
In the event that a damaged product arrives or there is a shortage in the ordered products, the customer will be compensated with an amount of money in the wallet equal to the damage caused after contacting customer service.
You can obtain credit through gifts, or credit from the offers of the Sapphire Village store.
The balance of compensation and gifts is not limited to a specific period, while the balance of the Al-Yaqout Village store offers is limited to a specific period depending on the duration of the existing offer.
When the order is completed by the customer, the full amount in the wallet is deducted immediately with any order, and then the remaining amount is paid by the customer using one of the available payment methods.

Other provisions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective once they are published on our website. Your continued use of the Website following any such change will mean that you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and review them frequently. If you do not agree to any change in the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Al-Yaqout Village Store, govern and regulate your use of the website and all services and products available on it, and completely replace any previous agreements between you and Al-Yaqout Village Store regarding the same purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you, and Al Yaqout Village Store may stop providing the Services (or from providing any features included in them) to you or to users.
