Payment Policy
The payment methods currently available in the Al-Yaqout Village store are credit cards, Mada cards, and bank transfer to the Al-Yaqout Village Company’s account at Alinma Bank.
All forms of credit card payment are subject to data validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to choose an alternative method of payment.
When purchasing via credit cards or mada cards, you are asked for the name on the card, the card number, the verification number, and the month and effective date. If additional fees are charged, they will be explained to you on the payment page before completing the order.
The data on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the credit card holder's information on file with the card issuer. Payment will be approved and placed on hold when you place your order and the amount will be deducted from your account when the Sapphire Village store finishes sending your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it.
The Al Yaqout Village store provides customers with the protection of credit card numbers thanks to the latest electronic protection systems. No credit card data will be stored, sold to, offered to or rented to any third parties except in relation to the online payment gateway service provider we use.
We use your personal information only for purposes related to fulfilling your requests and do not disclose this information to any third party under any circumstances. Also, valued customers must adhere to this policy and the terms of use and other policies found in the Al-Yaqout Village store.
