Our goal at Al Yaqout Village Store is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.
Shipping :
- The order will be shipped after the order is confirmed and the payment process is completed via credit card, Mada, Apple Pay, or via bank transfer to our bank account.
- Shipping fees appear on the order completion page before completing the payment process and completing the order.
- The shipping company representative will contact you on your mobile phone registered in the order to confirm the delivery location and deliver the order once the process is completed and the order is confirmed.
- Orders are delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of completing and confirming the order in Riyadh.
Return:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, we have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Return Terms:
- To be eligible for return, ordered products must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging.
- To benefit from return services, you must bring the original invoice.
- You receive the order damaged or defective, or you receive a product other than the one you ordered.
- Order shipping charges will not be included in refunds. We also do not offer free return shipping and do not offer refunds for any charges that may have been incurred in shipping returned items.
- Please contact customer service by email at [email protected] to present the problem, indicating the order number, reason, and the products you wish to return. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- If your return request is accepted, please pack the item or items to be returned with the original packaging, and please put a note in the package and include your order number, name and contact number.
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your request, if your refund is approved. If approved, the product will be refunded minus shipping charges and credit card fees if payment was made via credit cards. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and transfer.
- In the event that a product arrives other than the product that was ordered from the store and the error was made by the Al-Yaqout Village store, the store will bear all shipping costs and replace the product after the product is returned from the customer.
Replacing Purchased Products
- The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.
- Exchange is permitted within 7 days of receiving the product. To benefit from the exchange and warranty service, you must bring the original invoice and the item must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging
- In the event that the product is not available, the customer will be compensated with another alternative product if the customer desires this option, or he will be given a purchase voucher of the same value as the product, which can be used at any time through our website. The replacement product is then shipped by the technical store, and the customer bears the full shipping costs.
